We also restore houses.

This is an example of an old house bought at a boot sale which was restored and improved over many weeks.

It started life as a Dolls House Emprorium Queen Anne model which was discontinued many years ago.

The exterior was in poor decorative order but structurally sound

The whole exterior needed to be stripped and modified

The interior was not too bad but none of the electrics worked

Here is the signature of the original builder from 1987

The roof was not too bad but I wanted to improve it....

.... by adding a front gable and imitation tiles

I added chimney breasts so that working fires could be installed

Here is a finished room with attractive ceiling lights, coving, skirting and doors

A real timber staircase adds a touch of class

Here is the finished interior with lights and fires. Each room also has an extra socket for additional ights

I added windows similar to the original design plus quoins and a portico front door

The finished roof and gable with decorative boss.

The whole project took around 50 hours and was well worth the effort
